YOUR IDEAL HOUSE
There is a shared living room, separate dining room, great kitchen, 2 bathrooms, one powder room. We also have outside space; backyard and permit parking out the front.

YOUR IDEAL HOUSEMATES
We are a mixed house of professionals and creatives (3 men, 2 women between 31 - 38) , cross fit coach, a set designer, architect, photographer and Art manager. There is plenty of space in the house to do your own thing but we are a friendly house who keep to there own and now and again come together. We’re not a ‘PARTY HOUSE’. Most evenings are very relaxed and quiet in the house but people are about during the weekends.
The house backs onto Stoke Newington High Street with plenty of shops/pubs/restaurants and is brilliantly connected by bus routes and the overground, both Rectory Road and Stoke Newington are just a few minutes walk away.

ROOM
The room is fully furnished. Bed, TV, Storage and wardrobe space. I will clear most of my top sitting belongings so you make it more comfortable for your stay. Bottom floor with lovely view of green area out front. Sharing bathroom with 2 other persons.
