A room in our flat will be available from 13th June. It is 3 bedroom flat locates in Stoke Newington. It just off the road so bus station only a minute away with pubs, restaurants and shops . It is at the heart of the Stoke Newington. Our flatmate who leaving lived here more than 3 years and she is leaving London for a job. You will live with two flatmates; Me and Ela. I am, 33 years old man, working in video production and Ela, 29, she works in marketing. I live here almost 3,5 years and Ela around 1,5 years. We are looking for a female flatmate for the room., our landlord is quite easy going person and just raised the rent after more than 3 years. Therefore this price is already raised price. The price of the room is £520+ bills per month which is £75 apprx (electricity+water+internet+ council tax) The size of the room is reflected on its price and it is reasonable for this area. I am usually outside and if I am at home I do work from my room, so you don't see me much in the living room. Ela works from office for the most of the days aswell. Our landlord will require a bank statement that confirm you are full time employer and a ref letter from your previous landlord/lady.
