Looking for a flat mate to share a large garden flat.

The room offered looks onto the garden and has a large built in wardrobe and floor to ceiling shelves for books. It is furnished with a 5ft bed ( King), a chest of drawers and a desk table and chair.
The flat has two bathrooms, one with a shower the other with a bath with a shower over it - so there is never any waiting for the bathroom to come free!

The living room has a dining table for dinner parties and a sofa infront of a large television.
The kitchen is separate and well equipped with a door leading to a very pleasant garden with a large patio . This certainly comes into its own in summer for parties and BBQs.
The flat is located a 15 minute walk from Manor House Tube on the Picadilly line (zone 2). Stoke Newington British Rail is another 12 minute walk with trains going into Liverpool Street. There are useful local shops around the corner and Stoke Newington Church street with all its lively restaurants is a short walk away.

There are lots of open green spaces like the Reservoir, Clissold Park and Abbney Park Cemetery nearby.
I’m looking for a professional laid back person who wants to share ideally someone who doesn’t work full time from home but a couple of days is fine.

I work in the arts and events, I enjoy cooking and entertaining, theatre, art and having a coffee out in all Stokey’s varied cafes.
I love cats and there is a cat flap into a safe garden so someone with a cat(s) is welcome!
