Double room in Stoke Newington

One double room is available in our lovely house in Stoke Newington, just off Church Street.

Bills, including a weekly cleaner, are split between everyone. Roughly comes to around £80- £90 a month and sometimes more in winter. Deposit is £1083.33.

The room is fully furnished, with space for a desk for those who work from home. There is also space to work at the dining table. We have a large communal area and garden. Our housemate is moving closer to her work after 2 happy years in the house.

Location: Very close to Clissold Park and Abney Park, and all the lovely things Stokey has to offer. It's a 15 walk to Dalston Kingsland, a 30 min walk to Finsbury Park, or there are lots of buses into central. Our street is also on the CS1 cycle route (we also have bike storage).

About us: We're a sociable bunch, 3 girls, 1 guy and 1 non-binary qt aged 27-37. Two current housemates are women of colour and we're a mix of queer and straight. We're not a party house but we do enjoy having BBQs in our garden, hanging out over a movie night, pub quiz or occasional dinner.

We're looking for someone who wants to make the place a home. We'd especially love to hear from queer folx and people of colour! Must be a non smoker.
