Large Double Room by Stoke Newington Church Street

We are looking for a third person to join our flat just off Stoke Newington Church Street.

The house is split up over three floors with a spacious bright living room and a separate large kitchen. As you enter the house the corridor on the ground floor has space for storing bikes or sports equipment. There are three bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower and bath. The room available is particularly spacious, with a lot of storage space in a mirrored wardrobe, two windows that provide lots of light and a great view of Abney Park.

The house is between Abney Park and Clissold Park, 10 minutes away from Stoke Newington Overground and well connected with various bus links. It is also less than a minute away from Church Street with lots of cafes, restaurants, and shops. However, the road does not have much traffic and is relatively quiet.

We, Tom and Sophia, are easy-going young professionals who like to chat and have the occasional dinner together but respect our own space.

Tom works as a journalist, part from home and part in the office.

Sophia works for coffee roasters, in a hybrid home/office situation as well.

We like to keep the house clean and respect the common spaces.

Available from 26th of April.

Bills come to roughly around 70£ - 150£
depending on the season and flat is in council tax C.
