One Spacious room and Private bathroom £850

We are a family of 4, the youngest child is 4 months, and the oldest is 2 years old.

I am the mother Rowan; originally from Stoke Newington. I am a community nurse based in London Fields working fulltime from January. Pre children I was a freelance artist & I still try to find the time to be creative. I enjoy cooking, socialising, gardening (not the best at it), and trips to the beach with my family and whoever wants to join.

My Partner is Courtney is a freelance photographer. He is sociable and enjoys his downtime, as do I. He likes playing football on the weekends, being creative and enjoys, going for long walks in nature & finishing up in the pub for a pint.

We are looking for someone who's does not mind living with a family of four, our kids are pretty chilled but they have their moments. The type of people we are after will be kind, friendly, considerate, up for the odd dinner together and tidy up after themselves.

The person who take the room will have: the one downs stairs bed room and an ENSUITE for £850, all bills included and council tax included. The hallways, garden, washing machine, living room, and kitchen are the shared areas of the home. We live in the top part of the house.
