3 month sublet - Stokey Warehouse

3 month sublet available in en-suite room in a fantastic warehouse in Stoke Newington. I love living here, but am taking a few months out of London.

It's a great space - big ceilings, plenty of light, 2x kitchens, and snug media room.

There's a cleaner twice a week, and everyone makes an effort to keep the communal areas nice and tidy.

There are 'technically' 15 of us (although it feels like you're living with far fewer), and we all get on well. Sometimes cook for each other, hit the pub or go to gigs, but everyone has their own space and is respectful of that.

Flatmates work in a bunch of fields including record labels, musicians, tech guys (?), environmental jobs, 3D design, urban design, PR... and we've all got our own interests. Basically, you'll be sure to find something in common with people.

There's a teenage cat called Reginald and a Westie called Bruce.

The room has a mezzanine bed-space with double mattress, and a sofa/TV/desk/monitor down below, so it's kind of like a little studio.

Viewing appreciated to meet some flatmates beforehand but nothing serious.
