Sunny newly re-decorated room in Stoke Newington

I have a spacious double bedroom in a 4 bed house that I’m looking to sublet for 2/3 months (May - June/July) , available from 5th May. The house is located in Stoke Newington, a 15 minute walk from Dalston Kingsland, has fantastic bus links, and is a 5 minute walk to the nearest Tesco.

The house gets plenty of light during the Summer, is in a leafy green spot, and tucked away in a quiet corner of the world. There’s a kitchen/living room that backs onto a great lil outdoor space and communal green just outside. The house has 2 shared bathrooms, and is set over 3 floors.

Rent is £805 per month, and bills come out to roughly £100 per month. Unfortunately, bills aren’t included.

You would be living with 3 girls in the mid-late twenties, who are all working professional in the public, charity and arts sectors. We’re a pretty laid back house, and want to find someone who can fit into the household dynamic seamlessly! The house is quiet during the week, but a lot more social over the weekend. We are looking for someone who is similarly in their mid/late twenties or early 30s, another working professional, and who is conscientious and clean! We are an LGBTQ+ friendly house, and are looking for someone with left leaning politics.

Please note - we are currently on a one month break in our contract, as the landlord is doing renovation works. This means we can’t do viewings, however you will get a freshly painted room and new carpet! We are however looking to have a group call with potential candidates before the move-in date.
