Alternative zone 2 London Living

Home alone - you are as I mostly work away.
Available for 1 month with possible 2 week extension.
Loft bed, high ceilings, so must enjoy garden views and climbing (5 steps)! Private open plan area with a
pullout sofa bed for nights with guests!
Kitchen: fully functioning but no cooking oil in sink. Everything else is use with care and follow instructions. Must be kept clean and you are the sole user.
French doors to balcony - sole user. Stairs down into shared garden - with 1 lady. There is some BBQ utilities and garden bench for eating out!
Bathroom has a rain shower and a standard shower, hot and a good pressure. We share the bathroom so must be kept clear and clean!

Location details
Stoke Newington Station is 10 mins walk. Bus 106 to Finsbury Park and the Tube is 5mins walk. Dalston (20 mins walk) through to Liverpool Street Train Terminal 40 mins bus. Canal for Sunday stroll 15 mins walk. Cycling available on street. Eateries - Stokey village. Parks and gyms clissold is public and local.
I have a mini poodle dog called Mia that stays occasionally but you may never see her as she is quiet.
My room is at the front and is no entry.
