Spacious double room next to Clissold Park

Greetings!
We have a lovely double room available from 28th July, sharing with Ash and Ane. It's a first floor flat in Stoke Newington - the location is great, at the end of a quiet street next to Clissold Park.

The flat has a small but compact kitchen, and living room with dining table, sofas and balcony doors that open out to the shared garden. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of draws.

Ash works in postproduction and Ane is an architect - they both work at home a few days a week. We're a fairly chill bunch and like to keep the flat a place to come back to relax in; we like to hang out with cups of tea or the odd cocktail but also respect each other's space.

The bills - water, gas/electric, council tax, internet - come to about £115 a month.
