SUBLET 4/5 weeks, decent price

Hi there,

Looking for someone looking to sublet my room, while I make a visit to South Africa to visit family and work remotely over a 4/5 week period. Most importantly looking for someone trustworthy, reliable and easy going.

You will be living 3 other really lovely people, one who's a chef, the other who works in advertising and another who works in music industry. As it's a short let, want someone who is able to fit in, be respectful of others and maybe water my plants in once in a while :)

The price is all inclusive and pretty good for the going rate. The area is amazing, we live a stones throw away from Clissold Park, 10 minutes from Dalston and 10 minutes from Stoke Newington Church Street. Perfect spot to nip to the park for picnics! There is one bathroom which has a shower and toilet, and another separate toilet. Unfortunately no living room, just a shared kitchen, hence the amazing price!

Dates from 24th June - 29th July. Once agreed, payment will be asked upfront, to ensure ready ahead of rent due date. You will be paying a month, but total stay incl 5 weeks.
