Room Available in Friendly Flatshare Stoke Newington – £600/month (Excl. Bills)

We’re looking for a new housemate to join 4-bedroom flat in Stoke Newington. The room is available from the week commencing 13th October, with viewings on 7th October.

The Room & Flat

A bright bedroom with a large window, unfurnished.
No living room, but a shared kitchen that’s cosy and social.

One bathroom with a shower and toilet, plus a separate toilet
Rent is £600/month, excluding bills – super reasonable for the area!

The House Vibe

We’re a mixed bunch working in Climate NGOs, Food, and Creative industries. We’re pretty independent but love a good kitchen catch-up.

We value:

A chilled, inclusive, and respectful atmosphere
People who clean up after themselves and pitch in with house chores. This ain't so much of a party house, and more homely space.
Would be nice to have someone open to a chat here and there!
