Hi, we're Poppy and Olivia, we're on the hunt for a new housemate to join our three-bedroom house as our current flatmate is moving out.

The house is in Stoke Newington, just a 2 min walk from Rectory Road station and Hackney Downs park is just around the corner.

The room is a really great size for London, comes furnished with a wardrobe, bed and dresser.

The flat is part of a Victorian terrace, split across three levels with a large sunny dining/living area, a separate spacious kitchen with all mod cons (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer etc.) and a large bathroom.

Bills/Rent:
-The rent is £720 per month and is paid directly to the letting agency
-Bills are additional-Internet, water, gas, electricity and council tax come to approx £150 per month
-The deposit is £865
-£50 to change names on contract

Us:

Poppy is British, works in the NHS, mainly from the office but has the odd working from home day. She likes to keep fit and has recently got back into the gym, she loves to cook/bake and snuggling with a nice book or movie.

Olivia works in marketing, usually in the office 2-3 days a week. Big fan of exploring new places, catching up with friends over a glass of wine, live music, yoga & anything crafty 💛

- Friendly, clean, tidy and considerate
- No students, couples, pets or smoking inside the house, sorry

The contract will start from 15th June with flexibility to move in earlier.
