Double room in shared house with one other person. Preference would be someone mature who is use to living in a shared house with the landlord. Also Preference for a mature student or working professional where possible. They mainly have to be use to living independently and know how to conduct them themselves in a shared space when it comes to cleaning and general maintenance of the space around them. Shared cleaning will be rotated between the landlord and lodger on a weekly basis of the shared spaces. The property has a resident cat. Lodger will also be expected to have their own cooking utensils etc. There is a shared living room. Landlord is fairly relaxed and likes a peaceful home to come to. Would suit someone of a similar calm nature.
