Description
Hello! I’m looking for a new flatmate to move in ASAP (12 July at the latest) to a flat I’m renting in Stoke Newington.
Cute flat with big shared living room and closet, very bright kitchen and bathroom with a bathtub. Room comes unfurnished (other than the bed on the picture, which is provided by the landlord). Flat is located 9 min walk to Stoke Newignton overground (3 stops away from Seven Sisters - Victoria Line) and 3 min walk to a bus stop with many bus connections. Other areas near: Newignton Green, London Fields, Dalston, Seven Sisters, Tottenham, Homerton.
I’m 27, work in public sector (climate action/community engagement) and enjoy cooking, yoga, arts. Socialist, geek out on economy, politics, climate change, public ownership etcc
Love a wine and movie night, exploring new bars and restaurants in the area and going out clubbing from time to time.
The area is super green and Clissold park (the cutest park in London imho) is only 20 min walk away. Many great yoga studios around too!
Girls preferred(+25)
UPDATE
Required by landlord:
Deposit: £1125
Proof ID, payslips for the last 3 months, employers reference and current; or previous landlord reference.
Please note the rent for a room is £1050 and bills are variable but average around £100.
