Hey! We have a double room available to rent from the 5th of May in Stoke Newington.
We are Katelyn and Lyall both in our thirties. Lyall works in the music industry and Katelyn in the non-profit sector. We are great mates and love hanging out together but also respect each others space and privacy. We’re both busy during the week and like a nice relaxed environment. We are looking for someone similar.
The room is quiet, bright and part furnished - chest of drawers, bedside table and clothes rack included. The house has a massive open plan kitchen and lounge which opens up to a large garden with patio, we have a pub table perfect for summer barbecues! Bills are around £85 a month.
The house is on a residential street minutes from Church street and a short walk to Dalston. The nearest station is Stoke Newington which is a 5 minute walk. Many buses including 24hr links are minutes away. The area is not far from a giant Morrisons and loads of bars, restaurants and green spaces.
