Room available just off Church Street, Stoke Newington ✨

Hi - I have a lovely, bright, large bedroom available in a 2 bedroom flat just off the beautiful Church Street and a stones throw away from Clissold Park.

The room is officially available from August 5th 2024 for 6 months until February 5th 2025 on a fixed term contract, however my current flatmate could potentially be leaving early in July so there is flexibility for an earlier start date which could be discussed at viewings.

About me: you’ll be sharing with myself, I’m Emma, I’m 22 and work in PR in central London 2 days a week. I work from home on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and I use the desk space in the shared living room. I’m an early bird and appreciate the early mornings rather than staying up late, you’ll most often find me in bed before 10pm 😂. I enjoy going to the gym, going on long walks, exploring London, the theatre, brunch and coffee shops, and reading.

What I’m looking for: I’m looking for someone who is clean and will tidy up after themselves, respects each others personal space, is quiet but also up for a chat if we see each other in the communal spaces 😊. A non-smoker.

The flat: the property is located on Albion Road, minutes away from the shops, coffee shops and restaurants on Church Street in Stoke Newington and a short distance away from Clissold Park. The flat has a large kitchen which opens up into a large living room dining space. There is a bath with a shower attachment and a separate toilet. Rent is £975 per month which includes all bills (gas, electric, water, council tax and WiFi).

Please note the landlord is currently trying to sell the flat so we do have occasional flat viewings which we are given plenty of notice about by the estate agent.
