I'm looking to sublet this lovely room in Stoke Newington from around the 4th July - 13th September. I can be a bit flexible by a couple of days either side of that but need it back on 13th September at the latest.
You'd be living with my two mates Sam and Charlie. Charlie however lives mainly in Oxford and is only there 1 night per week/couple of weeks. So this is really a room in a two bed flat for the price of a three bed.
Ideally you are someone who is respectful and relatively tidy.
