Lovely double room in Stokey Newington

I'm looking to sublet my large double room in Stoke Newington from the 14th of December until the contract expires in March as I am moving in with my partner. This room is the largest in the flat. After the contract finishes in March you would have the option to stay on and renew with the landlady (who is really lovely). My other two flatmates are planning to move out when the contract expires. So it's a great option if you are about to move to London and want somewhere you could make your own and move in with friends in the near future!

The flat is really nice and the best part is a large separate dining room/living room with large south facing windows. This room gets a LOT of light, and it leads to a lovely balcony over looking the park.

Bills (about £150 per month) are included in the price.

We also have a (very friendly) cat so please only respond if you're okay living with cats.

The two current flatmates are George and Connor and are both lovely and respectful. George works as a chef and Connor works for an environmental NGO.
