Double room in family home

A clean freshly decorated large room in a family home , you will have the use of shower room and kitchen to prepare meals and have your own fridge space and cupboard.
My son and daughter periodically stay as they are at University’s outside London.
We have a lovely big Rough Collie Dog , so not suitable for someone who doesn’t like dogs, I work from home and would prefer someone who does not work from home .
But this could be negotiable.
The living room will not be shared but there is a comfortable armchair in bedroom for you .
