Looking for a long term tennant for a quirky double bedroom with an adjoining study in a large-ish house 2 minutes walk from Stoke Newington station.

I'm a single dad in his 50s living with a 10 year old son in a four/five bedroom house on the edge of Stoke Newington in Hackney and have always rented out a room. After 2 years my current tennant (and daughter) are moving out and we're looking for easy-going but tidy person to move in.

The room is on the first floor but is actually two conjoined rooms - perfect as bedroom and study as there's a big fitted desk in the second room, but the room(s) can be used however you want. It is lightly furnished with desk and bed. There are two other bedrooms on the 1st floor - one is my study and the other is my son's bedroom. My bedroom is on the floor above.

Ground floor consists of a large open plan living space (see photos) and a separate living room which has a piano (just mentioning it in case you play). I'm a film maker and so have just converted this room into a cinema with 4k projector, pull down screen across one wall and surround sound (just mentioning in case you like cinema).

There's a large bathroom / toilet and a second wet room toilet upstairs and a patio garden which is currently being upgraded.
