I'm looking for a new housemate as my current housemate is moving abroad. The flat is very high quality, very modern and in an amazing area to live in - a less than a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Stoke Newington Church Street and a 15 minute walk to Dalston Kingsland station.

The apartment is above an old cafe in a modernised Victorian building, with large windows and high ceilings, There's a very bright living/kitchen area at the west-facing front of the flat, while the bedroom itself at the back is perfectly quiet, and big enough for a double bed, a desk, a few other bis of furniture.

Your future housemate
You will be living with me 🙋🏻 I'm originally from Greece but have lived in London for a few years now. I work in Advertising and love theatre, drawing, going to gigs, galleries etc. Looking for someone easy-going, tidy, who is looking for a place to call home.
