Large furnished double room (sub-let)

Hey, we have a large furnished double room in a 4-bed apartment in Stoke Newington, available from 1st August. The flat is spread over 3 floors, has two toilets, and is triple glazed so it’s super quiet. Looking to sub-let my room for two months or more (can be flexible with the sub-let end date).

The video shows it unfurnished, is it’s still in the process of being furnished and we’re yet to move in.

You’ll be living with Charly (public servant), Lillia (architectural assistant) and Eve (junior doctor).

Looking for someone social, respectful of noise (Eve will be on night shifts), and easy going. We tend to watch TV or chat in the evenings, sometimes share meals, go for walks/ drinks etc. Would be ideal to find someone who wants to join in with this :)
