Hackney room available

Hi, we’re Cal and Marina and we’re looking for a new flatmate to join us at our cosy flat near Hackney Downs, Clapton, and Stoke Newington. It’s a 3 bed flat and each bedroom has an en suite. The flat is just opposite Rectory Road overground station and down the road from TikTok viral coffee spot Bake Street. We’re looking for someone fun and respectful to join us on a one year contract as our lovely other flatmates are moving into their own place.
The room is furnished with a wardrobe, small double bed, and chest of drawers. We are both quite quiet and respectful of each other’s spaces but always catch up in our communal kitchen and living area. We’re ideally looking for tidy and chilled people in their late 20s and over. :)
We’re not looking for couples and we can’t accept pets unfortunately. There’s also a small outdoor space to dry laundry, keep your bike or have breakfast (weather permitting!) We’ll be doing viewings for the next week as we need to sign a new tenancy agreement by the end of July. Rent is £1000 and bills are come in around £100 a month for gas, water, electricity, and council tax. Please give us a message if you have any queries.
