Double room in bright 2 bed flat off Clissold Park

**NOT FULL TIME ie only Mon-Fri or similar**

Fully furnished double room in a 2 bed 1 bath flat in Stoke Newington, just off the corner of Clissold Park with the amenities of Stoke Newington Church Street c.5 mins walk. The bus to Finsbury Park tube station is literally on the door step and <10 mins, or Manor House tube station is a c.15 mins walk.

The room is available Monday - Friday, or similar such as 2 weeks a month, Sunday - Wednesday etc. Relaxed on the specifics but just not full-time. That said the room won't be used by anyone else while you aren't there, it's just that I want to have my own space some of the time.

I am a 28 year old female and in recent years have quit my job in the City to pursue a career in science. At the moment I am studying while also working part-time and am looking to supplement my income by renting out my spare room. I keep myself busy by working long hours and staying fit, and like to use my spare time to see friends.

I've lived with friends as flatmates so far and so do enjoy a good ol' chat at the end of the day. But would also respect your space and privacy if you'd rather not. I enjoy cooking and usually cook for whoever is in, but again understand if you'd rather keep separate. The flat would be kept quiet during your stays. No pets, no smoking etc.

The rate includes all bills as well as full access to washing machine etc, and I like to keep the flat clean so happy for it to also include cleaning of your room. I also have a spare on street bike lock-up. Let me know if you have any questions! Very flexible on move in date.
