Our lovely housemateMonica is sadly leaving to move in her own place - so we’re looking for a lovely new person to fill her room!
You’ll be living myself, Joe & Bethany! The room is large with enough room for a double and Its available now on a 6 month contract, with the potential to keep this rolling.
We’re looking for someone who is kind and respectful, clean and considerate and who knows the ins and outs of a house-share.
We’d like someone who loves the house as we do and do their part to keep it tidy. We’d ideally like someone who works away from home sometimes as we do, we like the house to be a quiet and relaxing place to come back to.
We’re not a party house and would like someone who respects other people at all times as one of us works weekends!
We enjoy spending time with each other and would love someone to have the occasional cup of tea with, grab a coffee or go to the pub. We equally value each others personal time and would like to find someone on the same wavelength.
We’re really looking for someone mature, quiet and respectful of everyone’s space! Big plus if your into plants, cooking, creative interests, architecture, fitness and wellbeing! We will be arranging viewings soon so please feel free to get in touch with some information about yourself and your day to day schedules and routines.
The room comes part furnished with a Desk, mattress and wardrobe
The room is £860 + bills which come to roughly 100 a month / can be cheaper In the summer months! We are excited to hear from you!
