Our lovely housemate Bethany is sadly moving out as she’s found a flat with her boyfriend, so we’re looking for someone new to join our relaxed and friendly home.

We’re hoping to find a calm, mature housemate (27+) who will enjoy the peaceful, easy-going atmosphere of the house. It’s not a party house we all appreciate a quiet space where we can unwind after work, and we prefer to keep parties and large gatherings outside the home.

We each have our own lives and routines, but we do enjoy the occasional catch-up and friendly chat. As current housemates, we share interests in fitness, yoga, sports, music, art and design, and health and wellbeing, and we enjoy maintaining a positive and balanced home environment.

The house is currently going through a bit of a glow-up: we’ve just had a brand-new kitchen fitted (updated pictures coming) and the whole house repainted, and we’ll be adding a new sofa and dining table in the coming weeks.

We also have a weekly cleaning rota to keep shared spaces tidy, so we’re looking for someone who is considerate, responsible, and happy to contribute.
This home would suit someone who enjoys a calm lifestyle and living fairly minimally, and who appreciates a clean, peaceful space to relax in.

Ideally you are:
• 27 or older
• Calm, mature, and respectful of shared spaces
• A non-smoker
• Not bringing pets
• Not a couple
• Clean, tidy, and mindful of others
• Easy-going and good at communicating
• Happy to keep the home a quiet, non-party environment

We all enjoy a relaxed home where people can unwind after work, have a chat when it suits, and respect each other’s space.
The room is £860 per month + bills, which usually come to around £100 per month (often a bit cheaper in the summer).
