Beautiful sublet in Stoke/Newington green

Very sadly I’m leaving my beloved house in N16. So, I’m subletting for a month or more (until 8th of September since our lease is coming to an end).
I’ve loved living in this home and would like to make sure that I find a right tenant.

Bedroom ~
Bedroom is a big double overlooking our beautiful garden and facing southwest. You would usually get a lovely evening sun (considering that london decides to give us some). It comes furnished but I would take a mattress. Everything else can stay, up to you.

House ~
Very big and bright. We have a massive living room, dining area, garden (with barbecue), laundry room and an abundant storage space. You would be living with Naz (artists, painter), Toby (an architect), and Ludo (software engineer/dj). Everyone is very lovely and social, but we respect each other’s privacy. We love doing our own thing but we also enjoy an occasional dinner, some record sessions and so on.

Boring bits ~

Rent is 950, and council tax 50. Everything else is max 150 pounds, depends on the usage obviously. This also includes a weekly cleaner for our massive home.
