5 rooms in stunning Stoke Newington house

Hi everyone!

I've just had an offer accepted on a stunning house in the middle of Stoke Newington. It has an amazing beautiful garden, 6 bedrooms, bay window living room, dining room, 2 showers, 3 toilets. It's very newly refurbed and done-up, all walls are freshly painted. It will also come with a new fridge, new cooker and new washer.

The house is absolutely stunning and so rare to be available to sharers rather than whole families. The move in date is 5th August and it will come unfurnished (but cute furniture is very easy to source from facebook marketplace and freecycle).

I'm looking to create a lovely homely atmosphere where we can be friends, occasionally go to the pub together, watch films in the living room, have BBQs etc. This may be not ideal if you're just looking for a room, but absolutely keen to respect people's need for downtime.

There are 3 small rooms, 2 medium and 1 large bay window room, all priced accordingly. I will be taking one of the small rooms, but the others are available to rent.

I am 26 (27 in a few months) and I work as an editor in book publishing. In my spare time I like hanging out with pals, climbing, swimming, recently got into running, going to galleries, watching TV, and I run a queer book club too. I'm queer and would love to create a queer household, so LGBTQ+ preferred and of course allies welcome. Ideally would like to live with people 25+.

I do not want for this to be a party house, but more of a homely sanctuary where we can come back to relax to and host the occasional BBQ or dinner party.

The rooms are prices are divided by size (calculated by sq m)
