Small sunny room in Stoke Newington

Lovely room available in our three bedroom house in a gated community, a 2 min walk away from Stoke Newington station. We are 5 minutes away from Church Street with all its amenities and a 5 min walk away from large super market. One house mate works from home Monday + Friday.

The house has a large garden out the back as well as small garden out the front, as well as our own parking spaces which we rent out to reduce our bills.

The house has a large communal living room and Kitchen with 2 bathrooms.

My housemates are professionals, one an Architect and office manager, as well as the house dog Puccini. The room is small but has a big storage cupboard/wardrobe and space for storage all around the house.

Bills are approx 100pm
