Looking to fill two double rooms in our lovely, spacious flat in Stoke Newington as our current housemates are moving out of London.

- Rent: Room 1 (£850) Room 2 w Ensuite (£950). Bills net out at about £140 pcm.
- Start date: 3rd Sept, 2024
- Contract end date: 12 months, with a 6 month break clause

- Room details:

Room 1 - Ginormous ground floor room with a bathroom next door. Access to the garden. Unfurnished.

Room 2 - En-suite spacious bedroom with built in wardrobe, bed and chest of drawers.

(We are open to couples who want to rent both rooms and use the former as a private living room/studio. This is the current set up and works well).

Flat Details: The flat has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 en-suite. We have an open plan living room/kitchen and a garden which is great in the summer. The flat is situated in a gated community so it's really safe and quiet.

- 👯‍♀️Housemates: Current housemates are two women, Zoe (28) and Eilidh (31). Zoe works in tech and is in the office 3-4 days a week and Eilidh works at a hospital, which entails some night shifts. Our ideal person would be looking for friends in who they live with (not just a housemate). They would also be clean, friendly, and respectful of our sleep and work schedules.

- 📍Location: The flat is an 8 minute walk to bustling Church Street and 9 minute walk to Stoke Newington overground station. The nearest tube station is Finsbury Park via 106 bus (bus stop is directly outside our flat and takes about 10 minutes).
