Room is £650 then bills are around £160-180 on top, this also includes a cleaner who comes every two weeks so the house is spick and span. Total rent+bills around £810-830.

There is a large shared living room & large kitchen with a dining table (perfect for dinner parties), a downstairs toilet and two full bathrooms (one on each floor so you'll just be sharing with one other housemate).

There is also access to a private bike shed that is very handy if you cycle.

The room is on the top floor of 3 floors and is really bright with loads of natural light coming through the Skylight window, and comes with the bed (frame + mattress), wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The house is very close to Springfield park and the canal, and its 15ish minutes to Stoke Newington Church Street and Clissold park. A 7min walk from Stoke Newington Overground and a short bus ride from Seven Sisters for the Victoria line.

The landlord is v attentive and the current housemates are all very friendly and sociable. This isn't a party house rather a chill place to relax, but we do have friends round, watch tv together, dinners, celebrate each others life events, all the usual stuff :) Current housemates work across Journalism, Acting, Design.

Minimum stay 12 months, with 2 months notice after. No smoking in the house. Please be aware there are additional reference checks for freelancers on top on the standard reference checks.
