2 month Sublet Stoke Newington Sept-Oct

Looking for a nice person to come sublet a room in our flat for the remaining two months of the contract period as one of our flatmates has decided to move back to his parents house. If you’re happy with the place, and us, you’d then be able to sign on for a year from November to November.

The flat is on Church St so you really have everything you need within a short walk or cycle be it big supermarkets, trade shops, charity shops, more bougie things and also Clissold Park/Wetlands down the road.

The room itself is on the 2nd floor, opposite side to traffic so nice and quiet. Bit on the small side but with a double bed in there. Decent amount of storage in there with an inbuilt closet, bookshelf and also chest of drawers. The radiator gets it nice and warm when the temperatures drop but hopefully the seasons wont turn too fast on us.

Bills and council tax add up to less than £100pcm at the moment but as it gets colder it’ll increase to £100-£150.

I work in restaurants and my flatmates work in fashion. Both do somewhat long hours so the house is, on the whole, a bit on the quiet side. Would most like someone who is going to help look after the place, despite the short length of stay.

I’m going to try to round this up during the upcoming working week before 10/8 as I’m going away so will attempt to schedule viewings following a wee phone chat. Apologies to any in advance who can’t quite make the short turnaround on timings to come meet, such is the punishing nature of spareroom. My sympathies to anyone trawling the depths of these pages.
