Beautiful Double room right on clissold park

I am looking for a roommate in this is a beautiful 2 bedroom flat right on Clissold Park. It is a little sanctuary in zone 2 London. Great for anyone who craves immersion in nature. The balcony feels like you’re in a treehouse and the sound of the birds everyday is transformative.

The bedroom is spacious with lots of light, and the communal areas of the flat are clean and newly decorated. The flat is furnished, but I am still into process of adding flourishes.

The estate sits right on Clissold Park, and has a wonderful, friendly community. We share an. expansive communal garden which I have been enjoying in these warm summer days. Great for barbecues!

The Kitchen is large and has lots of storage, and the fact it is relatively new means its easy and enjoyable to keep clean.
There is lots of storage space in the room and the flat, including an ottoman bed. The room is semi furnished, in case you want to bring your own furniture. I am happy to provide a wardrobe or clothing rail if not.

It is peaceful here, and the walls are thick so the soundproofing is great. The trees feel medicinal, and a great antidote to the energy of the city.

I am an actor/yoga teacher/writer/singer creative (with ADHD evidently), and a hackney local (born and bred) so I know these streets well. I am preferably looking for a female/gnc person to co-create a beautiful home with. I am a very active, friendly and social person. I roller skate and love spending time out doors. I teach yoga all over Hackney and love swimming in the west reservoir (which is RIGHT NEXT DOOR… what a touch) Looking for both short term and long term renters.

I would recommend having a bike/ using lime bikes as we are not so close to a station. There is a bus stop on our doorstep though that delivers to Finsbury Park station. I think the proximity to a station (or lack thereof) is partly what makes this corner of hackney so charming.

The restaurants in the area are amazing. Too many to mention. Authentic Turkish food in abundance, bouji wine bars, pubs, brunch spots, good coffee.

Being a live in landlord, I am invested in this home, and so keen to create a wonderful vibe. A harmonious relationship with my flat mate is PARAMOUNT. Our nervous systems need home to be wholesome, kind, nurturing, soft, a place where we can exhale and decompress. Flatmates are some of the most important relationships we will have.
