Description
Hello
Myself 30 and James 28 are two young professionals looking for a flatmate as our friend is moving back to Newcastle.
I have been living here in Stoke Newington for almost 3 years and love it. We live on a beautiful street within easy walking distance of a cafe/bakery, shop, high street and overground station.
We are two friendly guys from Newcastle who enjoy relaxing mostly during the week and hanging out occasionally on weekends. Interests involve things like going on nature walks, football, skateboarding, food, going to art galleries, gigs and to the pub. You'll most likely catch us at The Auld Shillelagh at the weekend!
The bright and cosy double room is located on the 3rd floor, with a shared bathroom. It has lots of storage and floor space with plenty of room for a desk. We have windows in the communal area which gets the sun all day. A relaxed and sociable home!
Moving in date would be 1st September. Rent price is not inclusive of bills which are usually around £150 per month. Council Tax Band C.
Interviews and viewings to start on Monday 12th August.
If this sounds like a bit of you, send me a message with some details about yourself and we can arrange a viewing.
