• Extremely quiet, offering restful, uninterrupted sleep

• I’m an architect and work long hours, so you’ll have plenty of privacy
• I frequently travel to Madrid for a week or two every month or two, giving you the house to yourself during that time
• I enjoy art, cooking, and making ambient music (but I never play early in the morning or late at night)
