I am looking for someone to sublet my room for October and possibly extend long term.
- On the 2nd floor of a private house, quiet and safe area
- Share with 3 people: the landlord's brother and niece + another housemate. They are friendly, quiet and helpful.
- 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub + 1 large kitchen + garden. Others don't spend much time in the kitchen, so it's yours. They clean the common areas weekly, so you don't have to worry about that either.
- 5-10 min walk to shops (Tesco, Aldi, Sainsbury's, Boots…), cafés, bar, restaurants, parks.
- 2 min walk to nearest bus stop. 24-hour bus routes.
- All bills included

About you:
- Neat, responsible and respectful
- This is a private home so it is best not to have overnight guests.
