Double Bedroom on Stoke Newington Church Street

Hi!

We live in a lovely flat in Stoke Newington and are looking for a female flatmate to replace our current housemate who's leaving.

Tenancy to commence 1st of October, viewings to be scheduled as soon as possible.

Room is £642 bills excluded (but will be raised to £714 from the start of next year), and bills can reach £150-£180 per month during winter. Flat is on a great location, right on Stoke Newington Church Street, not even 5 minutes from Clissold Park.

We're an international household (Italian, Romanian, Brazilian), all professionals in our late 20s, working in data science, research, and graphic design, and each with different passions. Our flat has a communal vibe, we enjoy each other's companies and get along well; and are looking for someone respectful, social, and with similar values.

We take the cleanliness and organization of the flat seriously and are looking for someone that not only will tidy up after themselves and care for the communal spaces, but be proactive in regards to shared household responsibilities.

Some of the pictures are a little outdated, but for the better: the room being let has got new double-glazed windows that you can actually see through now (unlike the ones in the picture), and we have been remodelling the living room, and have since purchased some better furniture.
