I am moving in with my partner so we are looking for someone to fill my double bedroom in our absolute gem of a house in Stoke Newington. Move in asap from the 12th September.
Our home is less than a five minute walk from Church Street and the High Street. Close by are the beautiful green spaces of Clissold and Abney park, and connections are a 10-15 minute walk to Stoke Newington, Dalston Kingsland / Junction and Rectory Road Overground stations, with bus links pretty much everywhere.
The room up for grabs is a double bedroom, which is bright and airy, with a large window looking out onto the garden. There’s room for storage and a desk space to work from home! Can come furnished or unfurnished, as I am open selling some of the furniture!
We’ve got a big shared living room, kitchen / dining room and a lovely garden, a modern bathroom, with a shower and a bath.
You will be sharing with the fabulous Mike, Leanne and Harry. They're an easy-going and sociable bunch who enjoy a few drinks and days/nights out together, as well as hanging out in the house after a busy day at work. That said, everyone has their own things going on and varying schedules so are never clambering over each other.
They’re ideally looking for a female/nb person aged around 27-33 to keep the balance. LGBTQ+ friendly
Rent is £747, with bills around £120-130 extra each a month.
