The room is bright, south-facing, and benefits from plenty of natural light. It comes unfurnished, although a bed is provided, and there is ample built-in storage space.

We are looking for a clean, tidy, organised, and easy-going female professional in full-time employment. A work reference will be required.

Please note that the flat does not have a living room, so it is not suitable for remote workers or for those who spend most of their time at home.

There is also a lovely cat living in the flat, so you must be comfortable living with pets.

We are tidy people and are looking for someone who is on the same page, particularly when it comes to keeping the kitchen and bathroom clean and tidy after use.

The location is excellent, with Hackney Downs just around the corner, Church Street a 10-minute walk away, and Clissold Park reachable in around 20 minutes.

The nearest Overground stations are Rectory Road (5 minutes) and Dalston Kingsland (10 minutes), with excellent bus connections via routes 149, 243, 76, 276 and 488.
