Description
This is an exceptionally large room with high ceilings, and plenty of light. It’s a friendly three person flat-share, on the second floor of a house.
We’re looking for someone friendly, creative and easy going who’ll help make the apartment a home.
Council tax, water rates & broadband are just £20 per month. Gas and electric varies.
You’ll be sharing the flat with Katie, from up north, who works for a homeless charity as an illustrator. She’s a lovely housemate, thoughtful and considerate.
And Josie who is a recently graduated biologist/botanist, who being Australian is pretty chill and very friendly.
We’re keen to find the right person for the flat. Due to the size of the rooms there is no living room.
Please message with some details about yourself. The more the better. Thanks!
Zone two, with excellent transport links. 15 minutes walk to zone two tube, or 10 minutes to overground. Cycle into central London in 20 minutes. Lots of buses.
Lots of quirky independent cafes, farmers market, health food shops, supermarkets, gyms etc within 10 minutes walk. Lots of green spaces and nature nearby. Including Woodberry wetlands at the end of the road.
The house is located in the heart of the fascinating Hasidic Jewish community. It is extremely safe. And a 5 minute walk takes you into the heart of the creative and liberal diversity of Stoke Newington, with Dalston a 10 minute bus ride away.
