Bright double room in Stoke Newington

My double bedroom in our converted warehouse in Stoke Newington is available for a 4 month sublet with possible extension to 6 months.

The apartment is 3 minutes from Stoke Newington overground station, where there are buses directly to Dalston and central, and 10min bus ride to Seven Sisters from where you can get the Victoria line. So you are well connected!

Church Street with great restaurants and cafes, as well as lovely Clissold Park are just a 12 minutes walk.

We are 5 sharing here (including you) all in our early-mid thirties, very chill, get on well and look out for each other. We are essentially not a party house but we love to have people over for a dinner on occasions. We are looking for someone relaxed and tidy, easy-going of nature, and someone who would appreciate the chill but social atmosphere here, would be a great fit.

We have a large communal area/living room with open plan kitchen, and 1 bath, 1 toilet. It usually doesn’t cause any problems as we’re all on different schedules and respectful of each other. The house is at the 1st floor, with access to the large shared outside yard. It’s a friendly community vibe with lovely neighbours and people like to hang out, have drinks and chat.

All bills are included in the price, as well as WIFI, weekly cleaner, cleaning products, and a kitty covering spices, hand soap and toilet paper.
