An incredible double room in Stoke Newey

We (Will, Tyler, Tatiana, Soph) are renting out a room in our lovely home. We're all professionals in our twenties, keen on clean chilled living with kind people who enjoy life and want a "home" to return to every evening.

You'll have a (literally) huge double room (see photo 2) on the first floor with 2 sach windows.

We're based in Stoke Newington, near both Dalston & Canonbury train lines.

The room is £1300pcm exl bills and on a 12 month contract. We have a splitwise setup for bills which should on average amount to £100pcm.

You'll have the second biggest room in this townhouse, a share of 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, and ofc the rest of the house incl a lovely kitchen and garden. Icl the house is insanely nice and we hope you see that too and wanna look after it like us.

We're big on juju and looking for a well intentioned person to join us.. No preference on job, age or any of that.
