We - Will, Lukas, Tatiana, Soph (+ a small, hypoallergenic dog ) - are renting out a room in our lovely home. We're all professionals in our twenties, keen on clean chilled living with kind people who enjoy life and want a "home" to return to every evening.

You'll have a cozy but big double room on the first floor facing the garden at the back of the house, which gets plenty of sun.

We're based in Stoke Newington, near both Dalston & Canonbury train lines.

The room is £1100pcm exl bills and has 3 months remaining of a contract. We have a splitwise setup for bills which should on average amount to £100pcm.

You'll have the best room in this townhouse, a share of 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, and ofc the rest of the house incl a lovely kitchen and garden. Icl the house is insanely nice and we hope you see that too and wanna look after it like us.

We're big on juju and looking for a well intentioned person to join us.. No preference on job, age or any of that.
