Hi! I have a spacious, bright double room to let, all bills included, in a 2nd floor flat in the centre of Stoke Newington. The room has a large window with amazing light all year round. Situated on a mostly traffic-free street just off Church Street and 2 mins walk from Clissold Park.

The room can come furnished or unfurnished. The flat decor is quite old and scruffy, but cozy and communal areas are currently being freshly painted white, the carpet steam-cleaned etc. THERE IS NO LIVING ROOM OR DINING AREA however there is a small spare bedroom which can be used for laundry etc. :)

You would be sharing the flat with just me, 40 years female, self-employed working in various roles across film, tech, consulting, wellbeing etc. I have a studio space nearby and work between there and home. I'm sociable and particularly interested in travel, art, dance, reading, and enjoying the local restaurants and bars.

Less than 5 mins walk to buses. 10 mins walk to Stoke Newington Rail station. 20 mins walk to Canonbury/ Dalston overground stations and 20 mins walk to Finsbury Park/ Manor House Underground stations - All Zone 2.

All bills included. Super fast Wifi. A very good deal for the amazing location and light!
