The third room in our lovely flat is becoming available (furnished) as our housemate is moving in with her bf. Move-in date is 3 October 2025.

💸 Bills are £130p/month and include a cleaner twice a month, toilet paper subscription and some house bits (e. g. cooking oil).

About us 👯‍♀️: Erin and Molly, are in our mid-30's. We like hanging out together over an occasional dinner, movie night or pub trip but we're not a party house. The flat is very much our sanctuary and calm space to come home to. We work for at an indie cinema and a as a youth worker. We’re into art, gigs, films, cooking yummy food, cycling, swimming, growing things on our terrace, and the occasional boogie.

The flat 🏡 Right on Church Street but set back from the road and with double glazed windows so not very noisy. There is a great terrace and an open plan kitchen / living room. The bedroom comes with a bed and a huge built in wardrobe. It could also fit drawers and a desk. It has a window with a view over Church Street 🌃 We have bike storage and a carpark

About you 🌞 We are ideally looking for a woman in her 30's who can join the family but that also has their own life. You’re chill, into similar things and are clean and tidy. Ideally you’re not working from home full time as it can feel a bit cramped. Also not someone that works unsociable hours.
