Double Room Sublet

Hi!

We have a double room sublet available in our 4 bed house in Stoke Newington.

The house is in a great location, just 15 minute walk from Dalston Kingsland & Canonbury Stations and also has lots of bus routes around. The street has a pub, local shop, yoga studio and a bakery right on our doorstep.

We have a good size communal living/kitchen space and a little garden which gets lots of sun.

The room itself is a great size and comes furnished with a double bed and storage space. It has a window that looks onto our garden space. It is located on the third floor of a 4 story house.

You will be sharing with 3 professional Australia females. We all work full time and are usually quite busy mid week but are otherwise pretty social and like to hang out together at the weekends etc.

Rent is £880 a month including all bills. The room is available from 7th October - early January (dates can be flexible)
