The room can be completely furnished - you are free to move things around as you want.

Or can come unfurnished. Whatever your preference is.

We also have a walk-in closet that you would be sharing with me, and there’s loads of storage everywhere.

The house is a stone’s throw from Church Street, with shops, cafes and a bunch of lovely pubs (Three Crowns, Jolly Butcher, The Axe) within a 2-minute radius. 10 minute walk to the wonderful Clissold Park.

Large open-plan downstairs (kitchen, dining area, living room) and a lovely little garden. Separate toilet and bathroom upstairs, and the two bedrooms.

7-minute walk to Stoke Newington station, a little further to Dalston, and bus connections on your doorstep to pretty much every corner of London.

You’ll be living with me, Tami – very easy going and relaxed but also high energy :)
I am from NYC originally, been living in London for 5 years.
I work at a talent management agency, and am in the office most days of the week. With the occasional wfh day here and there.
Work can be intense during some periods, and be a passing ship at home sometimes.
Looking for a housemate who wants to make a house a home. Of course we both have our own lives, while equally having a chilled living environment and enjoy wine / tv / takeaways etc.
