Room 2: £1200 Larger double with ensuite. Double bed and wardrobe included. Space for desk.

Water included and new broadband deal which is cheap and fast. Council Band F.

The area:
Quiet, modern block of flats just off Church Street, with all its independent bars/pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops. Clissold park and Abney cemetery on the doorstep which we love.

Keen for someone friendly, tidy and easy going who’ll help make the flat a home and sanctuary. This is essentially not a party flat so someone that enjoys a chilled atmosphere at home after work is welcomed.
