Stoke Newington - double room in house with couple

Lovely house with a large garden in Stoke Newington. You will be renting with a couple, an Italian and a Brit. We have one of the bedrooms, and will use another as a study. You will have the third bedroom. There is a shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom.

We are looking for a professional who often works out of the house. We lead busy lives, and use the house to relax and unwind. It isn’t a party house!

I’m Em, and work for a children’s charity. I’ve grown up in London and love the city. Tommy is a therapist and grew up in Italy.

We’re both into food (especially good Italian!), we love to go to the sea and mountains. We both enjoy the same music and have a similar sense of humour.

Bills (including gas and electric, wifi, water, council tax) average to around £100 a month.
