The communal hallway has beechwood flooring and all door frames are beechwood providing a feeling of welcoming warmth on entering the flat.

The Bathroom is spacious with tiled walls and floor for an easy-to-clean environment. The ceiling has six downlight spotlights illuminating the space. The bath is double-ended and has a hot/cold overhead shower and a hand-held shower attachment.
The shower/bath/sink water is heated by an energy-efficient Combi boiler that provides hot water quickly and continuously.
There is a heated towel rail and chrome shelves for storing towels.
A mirrored bathroom cabinet has space for residents' stuff.

Parking for a car is not included in the above bills and is on the street outside the apartment and would be paid by the tenant to Hackney Parking Services if needed.

The flat is on the ground floor of a 3-storey free-standing block of 8 flats in total. The apartments are surrounded by well-kept grounds that add to the living space.
A great place to chill after working hard during the day.
All the flats are privately owned and there is a peaceful calm vibe to the building. The neighbors in the block are friendly and respectful.
The communal entrances to the apartment block are controlled by secure magnetic doors.
The area is very peaceful being next to the Allens Gardens Estate, which has lovely communal gardens accessible to the public.
There are local shops in Dunsmure Road within a 3 min walk that include Grocers - Green Grocers - Fish Monger - Butcher - Baker - Post Office - Dry Cleaners - Off License.
Two big supermarkets, Morrisons and Sainsbury are within striking distance to stock up.
Of course, there is Stoke Newington Church Street within walking distance with its diverse restaurants catering for every palate.
Nearby attractions
Clissold Park is a great place to relax and walk around.
The Woodberry Downs Wetlands Nature Reserve opened by Sir David Attenborough is a great place to chill. Close to that is West the Reservoir, which offers Sailing - Wild Water Swimming - Paddle Boarding.
Finsbury Park.
The bars - pubs - clubs of Skokey and Dalston are all close by.
There are gyms close enough to walk to and the number of yoga and pilates studios local are too many to count.
A swimming pool is part of the Clissold Leisure complex near Clissold Park.

Transport links are good.
A 10-minute Walk to Stoke Newington High Street for buses and overground to the City.
A 15-minute walk to Manor House Tube Station for the Piccadilly Line.
A 5-minute walk to the 106 bus, that travels to Finsbury Park Station on the Victoria and Piccadilly line - Overground to Kings Cross or North - Buses there also go to Holloway and `Camden.

I have mentioned my interests but a little more info doesn't hurt.
Fitness pursuits are high on my agenda and include
strength training - cycling (discovering the towpaths of the canals around east London) - pilates - and yoga ( just came back from a yoga retreat in Ibiza. Yoga twice a day was challenging!! )
I love to cook and cook all my meals from scratch.

Music is a passion - Going to Live Gigs and playing Percussion
(not in the flat!! )
I can be sociable and also discreet. Would say I am easy to talk to and get along with having no phobias or weird traits!!!
