Double garden room in Stoke Newington

We’re looking for a new housemate to join us in our beautiful home; we’re looking for a down to earth, friendly and clean person who enjoys a cosy home.

A bit about the current housemates, we have Isis, Bexx and Grace. Isis and Grace are yoga and pilates teachers and Bexx is a hairdresser.

The house has lots of space, there is large open plan kitchen, dining area and living room. There is a lovely garden, with seating area and a bbq. The bathroom is shared, with one other person (Grace). The landlord is great, responds fairly quickly to any issues and gets on well with the other housemates.

The house is in a great location, we have a bus stop outside our house for the 106, it’s a short ride to Finsbury Park station for the Victoria Line or to Stoke Newington station, which takes you directly to Liv Pool Street. Clissold Park is a 2 minute walk and Church Street is a 10 minutes walk, where there are loads of good pubs and restaurants.

It’s a pretty chilled house, the housemates are all of a similar age, therefore they are looking for someone aged 30+.

Extra costs are gas and electricity which is around £30 p/m (small increase in the winter) and wi-fi which is £11.67 p/m.

We'll be doing viewings from Sat 5 October from 3pm. If you'd like to meet us and see the room, please let us know if you have availability on Saturday, or which days the following week would suit you.
