Room in lovely Stoke Newington House

Hi! We have a cosy double in our beautiful Stoke Newington house available as our current housemate is moving in with her boyfriend. The house is a 3 bed just off Church Street, currently living here is myself (33, working in Event Production) and Kristen (29, working in HR).

We’ve created a really homely, relaxed vibe and looking for another lovely person to join us. We love to chill out in front of the telly, cook, walk around the local parks and share a wine or two. We’re lucky to have a front and back garden so green fingers are very welcome!

The room has in-built storage and comes with a large cupboard. It doesn’t have a bed included, but current housemate will be selling hers so can arrange that.

Rent is £785 per month, and bills come out around £115 so it’s about £900 per month total.

We’ll be looking to arrange viewings on the evening of 7th and 8th October, and the room will be ready to move into on 5th November.
