Hey, 👋🏻 I’m Kate, a 32-year-old female professional who has been living in London for the past 3.5 years and in this property for the last year.

I have been living with my best friend since we moved in but sadly he’s moving to New York soon and so I’m looking for someone to move in from the start of November.

The property is a first floor flat that is bright and spacious, with high ceilings and big windows (the main reason I fell in love with it when I moved in last year!).

It’s a 2 min walk from leafy Clissold Park, close to the many shops, cafes and restaurants on Church Street, as well as surrounded by some of the best pubs in London (or at least in my opinion they are!)

The available room is a double bedroom that comes with a bed with storage built in.
The bedroom also has a wardrobe, drawers and side tables but if you have your own furniture, I’m happy to remove these.

There is also a shared bathroom, kitchen (incl. dishwasher, washing machine etc.) and living room (with the comfiest sofa ever).

- Nearest transport: 12 min walk to Canonbury overground or 20 mins to Arsenal (Piccadilly line).
- Bus stop outside the flat with travel into central incl. London Bridge and Waterloo

**About me**

I’m a considerate and tidy housemate, who enjoys hanging out with my friends in pubs, trying new restaurants and watching terrible (but easy to watch) TV.

I work in Marketing and tend to split the week by working from home Monday and Friday, and then I’m in the office in Chiswick Tuesday-Thursday.

Ideally looking for someone who is friendly, easy to live with, and tidy/considerate.
